Last week of summer

• A fairly quiet week at work with many people still away on holiday. In high need of one myself, but putting off travel plans until later in the year due to various other priorities.
• Finally some rainfall in London this week and a few patches green grass beginning to grow again, but still very parched here.
• Sparky the dog came back to stay with me briefly after a few weeks with my parents taking care of him whilst his family was on holiday in Africa. He’s well behaved and followed me round the apartment typical of his breed.
